- ORDERS:
- All
orders are subject to acceptance by Arc-Co Inc. at the
home office, P.O. box 4085, Bridgeport, Conn.

- PRICES:
- All
prices and quotations are subject to change without notice.
All orders are subject to prices and terms in effect on
date of shipment.

- MINIMUM
BILLING:
- Any
order amounting to less than $10.00 will be billed at
$10.00 net, plus shipping charges, and appropriate taxes.

- TERMS
OF PAYMENT:
- Payments
shall be made in accordance with our Terms of Sale. Deductions
from remittances will not be allowed unless authorized
by us in writing.

- TAXES:
- We
reserve the right to add to sales price any Federal or
State Sales or other Tax imposed by law and payable by
purchaser on the sale of Arc-Co Products.

- CONDITIONS
OF SALE:
- All
Agreements, Sales, Orders and Shipments are contingent
upon all Terms and Conditions as shown in our price list,
catalog, discount sheets and on our invoice and shipping
forms, also on strikes, fires, accidents and other cases
beyond our control. We assume no other liability.

- PRODUCT
CHANGES:
- Products
may be improved or changed without notice or obligation.

- SPECIAL
SERVICES:
- Orders
for Special Products and Services are subject to our acceptance.

- CLAIMS:
- All
claims for any cause must be made within 3 days after
receipt of shipment.

- FREIGHT
CLAIMS:
- Claims
for shipments lost or damaged in transit should be made
directly to the transportation company. Our responsibility
ceases when we have delivered such shipments to the carriers
and hold their receipts.

- SHIPPING
ROUTES:
- We
reserve the right to route shipments via the most economical
route as determined by our traffic department.

- RETURNED
GOODS:
- No
material will be accepted for return unless written permission
has been granted by this company.

- LIABILITY:
- We
will repair or exchange any device or product which is
returned to us and found, upon inspection, to have left
our factory in an imperfect condition. No other claims
for damages, labor or materials will be allowed.

- WEIGHTS:
- All
weights listed are gross shipping weights and are carefully
estimated but are not guaranteed. Weights are subject
to change without notice.
